Fav Peloton Spin Instructors & Classes

I’m a major fan of the Peloton. My husband and I finally caved and bought one this past January. It was worth every penny. I’m on that bike at least 3-5 times a week minimum. Plus, with the Peloton membership, you get so many awesome classes beyond just the spin classes, you really can’t go wrong. One of my favorite features about the Peleton is it’s connection with Spotify. So if you hear a jam that just hits while you’re getting your sweat on, you can just hit the heart and it adds it your Peloton Playlist on Spotify. That way you can jam in your car or gym to your favorite workout songs the next time you’re out and about. That’s pretty legit IMHO. So here are a few of my favorite instructors and class types to keep you healthy and fit all year long:

  • Cody Rigsby: I’m a major fan… he is very relatable and honest with his workouts. He’s chatty, and usually has some funny antidote to share that distract you from how much sweat is pouring out of your body. Plus, his pop music is usually well curated and enjoyable. Some of my fav rides of his are his quick 20 Min Pop Rides, or his 30 min Arms and Intervals Classes. Both of these are great when you’re in a pinch for time but just need a quick sweat to make it through the day. The arms and intervals are awesome as well, when you need an extra burn in your biceps to break up the biking.

  • Alex Trusant: Ohhhhhh Alex, my Van Cleef loving, club bangers making, biking machine. I love a good AT ride. He is one of the most challenging instructors IMHO. There hasn’t been an Alex class that I’ve come out of without literally dripping in sweat. His 30 min Club Bangers rides give me joy. Plus, the tunes are always fire. He goes from ratchet to classic, it’s gold (his words not mine ;)). Since I’m well past my clubbing days, I’m happy to scream out some club classic hits at home while sweating my brains out. I’ve even seen he’s got some 45 min versions as well. If you’re really looking for a good burner, please try one of his classes ASAP. You’ll be stronger for it.

  • Tunde Oyeneyin: Tunde has to be my favorite female instructors at Peloton. She’s really good at keeping a balance with chatty chatty and worky worky. Her courses are tough, and she is soooo beautiful and fit. I seriously don’t know how she’s still single. Michael B Jordan, can you call her already?! Her 30 Min Little Mermaid ride was too much fun, and really any Tunde class I see on my home page, I usually click on it without a second thought. She also has great strength classes too if you’re looking for an extra burn off the bike. Some of my favorites with her are the abs classes. Those extra 5 minutes off the bike always round out any workout nicely.
